How We Help

Florida MEP services are geared as Train the Trainer programs with the goal of independence for our client companies. Our objective is to impart knowledge to our client companies and include the tools to implement programs so companies can carry out the programs on their own. A number of other consultants would rather do the work for you and have you become dependent on them for future work, but this is not the philosophy of Florida MEP. We believe in knowledge transfer as a key component in an enterprise transformation and we look forward to working closely with you and providing continuous support during your Lean journey. All of our training is customized to the manufacturing company, we offer hands-on training on your premises, we bring in resources nationwide and all of our training has a train-the-trainer component so companies become independently capable of sustaining the disciplines learned.
