The Tampa Bay Region, host to the Republican National Convention, is struggling with a 9.4% unemployment rate. While conventioneers meet up the road, an innovative job training program is helping unemployed workers acquire the skills they need for good-paying manufacturing jobs.

While delegates to the Republican National Convention head to the forum, just down the street, unemployed Tampa residents are getting a shot at hands-on job training. The M.O.S.T.® program is providing an opportunity at guaranteed jobs. And the training program is offered at no charge to manufacturers looking for skilled workers.
